Makhana Papri Chaat

INGREDIENTS
  • 60g Cashew curd.

  • 40g Dates paste or syrup.

  • 10 to 12 pcs. Bliss by Anju- Makhana mathri.

  • 20g Pomegranate (for Garnishing).

  • Mint chutney and imly chutney.

  • 10g Sprouts (for top layer).

 

METHOD
  1. Take a bowl, add curd, dates paste and mix well, now your sweet curd is ready.

  2. In a serving bowl, firstly add sprouts, half quantity of  sweet curd after that make a layer of mathri . Then again add the rest sweet curd and garnish with both chutney and pomegranate.

  3. Now, your Makhana papdi chaat is ready to eat.
