Makhana Papri Chaat
INGREDIENTS

60g Cashew curd.

40g Dates paste or syrup.

10 to 12 pcs. Bliss by Anju- Makhana mathri.

20g Pomegranate (for Garnishing).

Mint chutney and imly chutney.

10g Sprouts (for top layer).
METHOD

Take a bowl, add curd, dates paste and mix well, now your sweet curd is ready.

In a serving bowl, firstly add sprouts, half quantity of sweet curd after that make a layer of mathri . Then again add the rest sweet curd and garnish with both chutney and pomegranate.

Now, your Makhana papdi chaat is ready to eat.
