Quinoa Nut Seeds Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 100g Quinoa

  • 50g Mix leaves (spinach, kale, arugula, etc). 

  • 50g Roasted Almond

  • 50g Roasted Pumpkin seeds

  • 50g Pomegranate for garnishing

  • 02 Pinch of Black pepper

  • 02 Pinch of pink salt

  • 35g mustard sauce dressing

 

METHOD
  1. Take a bowl, put mix leaves, add black pepper and pink salt and mix well.

  2. Then add boiled quinoa, roasted almond and pumpkin seeds.

  3. Dress it up with mustard sauce dressing. 

  4. Garnish with pomegranate.

Dressing: - mustard sauce (15gm) + date paste (20gm) then mixed. 

(If you want to add green vegetable, you can add but you have firstly sauté them.)
